PVE is more reliant on events in Gw2, you won't really find quests. Some of the successes can be closer to the quests you're used to. Flashpints are dungeons (before lv80) and fractals (lv 80 onward) ; operations are raid and strikes. A lot of maps have a meta event ; there isn't really a swtor equivalent. You'll give up the starfighters but we
Yes. malignantbacon • 2 yr. ago. If you wanna spend zero dollars, GW2 is a choice so good you'll probably change your mind about your budget after a couple months playing. The core game is pretty great and you can easily play for dozens if not hundreds of hours doing solo or open world content.
Diablo Immortal vs. Guild Wars 2: The Value of Well Implemented Micropayments. Whenever I talk about free games and micropayments, the excellent Guild Wars 2 comes to mind, a title that I have been playing for almost a decade, and which has become the best example of how a game can be monetized with micropayments in an easy way. balanced, without destroying it or turning it into a “pay to

Guild Wars 2 is better in every possible way. The only downside is that you will be forced (at some point - base game is free) to buy expansions (they are worth it - especially second one) and living story episodes. Still far less P2W and money sucking that in Neverwinter.

If the map you're on seems much emptier than
I've played the game for a while now, and crafting never seemed worthwhile when the trading post exists. For example, let's say I'm a newly-trained chef and I want to make the basic unidentified orange dye. That takes 25 onions and 25 carrots. Right now on the trading post, 25 onions costs 74s 90c, and 25 carrots costs 18s 93c.

There is also this one line " Upgrade to a full Guild Wars 2 account to unlock this swift and agile companion permanently!
